I always save manually before taking a job. That way, if something goes wrong during that delivery, I reload my save without having to pay a penalty. If I have to quit playing during a delivery, I simply let the game auto save. I never manually save in the middle of a delivery. This does not work with WOT jobs.

no because it's unrealistic to change truck during a job. logical options for different situations are the following: 1. if you destroy your truck, you have always the possibility to call for assistance, 2. if you damage it partially you can always stop to a service to repair it.

From my observation once, a driver with a better truck had larger revenue than another driver with very similar rating and quite similar revenue before the other driver getting a better truck. I have not seen a concrete absolute proof if whether better trucks increase employees revenue. But may be is true and definitely the cosmetic appearance
